QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS
Qualitative research is conducted to evaluate policy and programs. The how and why as well as the latent defects inherent in political policies are explored and reported to out clients. One cannot know how to manage political risk unless they understand how the polices work.
The questions we answer for our clients are: Were expectations reasonable? Did processes operate as expected? Were key players able to carry out their duties? Did the program cause any unintended effects?
Our Qualitative approaches to research provide more diversity in responses as well as the capacity to adapt to new developments or issues during the research process. We not only provide answers, we find solutions and provide research that is actionable by our clients.
